Maybe I am crazy but I have been reading a lot the past few days here on the boards and I thought I read that you can book your FP 60 days out plus the number of days of your trip? So if we are staying 6 nights, I can book them 66 days out? Maybe I have mixed it all up....anyone know? Thanks.

Booking FP works the same way as making your dining reservations. You will have to wait until the 60 day mark if you are staying on Disney property, but will be able to make them for your entire stay up to 10 days worth.

Maybe the wording confused me on the post I read. That is the way I thought it worked. I have done it once before but thought maybe I missed something....now if I could just delete my silly question...haha.

Thanks

It's not limited to ten days like dining...it's your entire stay. At 60 days, I was able to book 10 days worth of fast passes over a 2 week period. My 10th day of FP was on day 14 of my trip - -I was able to book them at the 60 day mark. This is really great for booking A&E and other hard to get FP

Actually that's not right...if your length of stay exceeds a certain number of days (I can't remember what that number is), it becomes like dining. But you can book over at least a 14 day period.

So if I am staying 14 nights , but only have 6 days tickets on my booking, can I only book 6 days of fp?
We were going to add on another park ticket when we got there , but I think I might do it now.

I haven't heard that. I don't know what that length would be. Last year we stayed for 15 nights an I was able to book check-in (day 1) and check-out (day 16) at my 60 days from check-in. Maybe you only have 14 days if you have a regular park ticket, because they expire 14 days after first use. Last year we had an AP and was able to make them past that.

Thanks to Dis Board members for giving poster some great advice.Reminds me we have a wonderful group willing to all they can do to help others. Good job disers

I can definitely be wrong about this. I think I remember reading about it the big FP+ thread and it was someone with a 21(?) day stay, with AP.

I should stick to just my experience - -which is with a 10 day ticket and 14 night stay, you can book FP on any 10 of the 14 days when your 60 day mark opens.

I'm going for 23 nights (yay for Disney weddings!!!) but could only book 14 or 15 nights on my 60 day mark. Each day after the window extended one day and I added for fastpasses...

I could be wrong but I believe UK visitors can book longer than 14/15 days of FP+... :confused3
