We go to DLR regularly, and I've heard PLENTY of extreme profanity, right in front of CMs, that resulted in no consequence to the offending individual at all. I've also gotten the "what can we do?" attitude from CMs there when individuals push and shove their way ahead of others in line...None of the items listed in the original post would get anyone kicked out of DLR, just like nothing happened at WDW.
I'm sorry you've had that experience at DLR. It all depends on the CM I guess. But people fairly regularly are kicked out of DLR for behavior. It's just not done in full public view if possible, but it does happen.

), and I further think it can be argued that some things are wrong even when culturally approved, much of what people perceive as rudeness is more about cultural habits than right or wrong. New York may get slammed for being rude, but it also gets points for being culturally diverse (often in the same survey!) -- and cultural diversity only works when people accept others' differences.
