I'm not sure where in NJ you and your friend are, if you or she is still in need of a referal to an attorney, if you want you could PM me and I could let you know of some good attorneys in my area if you are nearby. And I'm not sure where the split 50/50 regardless in NJ info came from but I can tell you that isn't the case
