Its All Pure Magic Wrapped Up in Pixie Dust
August 23, 2011
So the next morning the Alarm went off at 6:30 for our last park day ): It’s always a sad day when you realize your trip is coming to an end. But we weren’t going to let it get us down!!! We had too much to get done. So we were out of the room ad on a bus by 7:30 to make it to our first Magic Kingdom rope drop.
We arrived at the park at 7:46 exactly. We made it through the baggage claim and trough the turnstiles JUST as the park opening music started.
But really I would not have a problem being one of the trolley people for the rest of my life. Getting to open the Magic Kingdom EVERDAY what a life.
We watched the show and it was just so magical then everyone started squeezing through the archways into the park. It was time to
Mary Poppins I love you!!!
There were people EVERYWHERE.
Our first order of business was to head over to Tomorrowland and get fastpasses for our last rounds on Space Mountain. From there we headed over to the Indie Speedway.
I haven’t been on this in forever I feel like
Andy loves driving fast/race cars. To bad these cars got like .5 miles per hour haha
Sam was just chugging a long behind us
From here we decided to knock out all of the Fantasyland rides before the crowds got there. What better place to start than
Zero wait. They were basically just waiting on us to ride.
I love how these next two photos came out
That last photos makes me sad. I look so tan. Unfortunately when I go down in March I will be loading up on sunscreen because the show I am in this semester the director sent us an email saying we need to be as pale as possible to fit the time period… BOO!!!
Our next stop was
Andy’s dad calls him Roo so anytime I see these two I always think of that
After years of knowing but never seeing I finally witnessed with my own two eyes they picture in owl’s house of Mr. Toad handing over the deed to the ride to owl
Oh how I miss Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride although that is the ride that gave me my irrational fear of weasel’s haha
Up next
We were really knocking these rides off quickly there was basically no one around, Anyways my next question is… Does it bother anyone else that Wendy is the only one on this ride that wears actual clothing? Or am I just the only one who notices it?
Ariel wanna be
I was tigerlilly in 7th grade so I automatically just love her. Although here her eyes are really creepy.
Another shot of Wendy being the only one without painted on clothes
After that we tried to make it on Haunted Mansion but we didn’t realize that Frontierland didn’t open until later. We waited the 15 minutes until they dropped the rope and just as we were about to het in line for Haunted Manison they told us it was broken. Sam and KC had to get to the picture taking spot (the dance studio was having a group shot taken in front of the castle) So we decided not to venture to far. So we headed to Sleepy Hallow and got a funnel cake
While we were eating Andy made a friend. He wanted so badly for the little bird to come and eat out of his hand but the bird kept his distance.
As we were leaving we saw the stepsisters who sam really wanted to meet
but the line was so long. I asked if he wanted to wait and she said no because she had to get to the picture meeting place so we decided this picture would work well enough. Smile…
We split up. The headed to the rose garden and we hung out in front of the castle until we could get new fastpasses.
Tune In Next Time!!!
