The Mushroom Hamburger steak is so easy! I do not have the receipe here at work and it has been a while since I have cooked it but it is something like this. I will post the offical receipe later tonight.
I can not remember measurements.
You take ground beef and mix with that dried onion stuff you find in the spices and seasonings. Can't remember if you use an egg or not. Make patties. Cook. Then you take a can of Cream of Mushroom soup or if you like the Golden Mushroom soup and mix with water. Put on top of hamburger steaks and cook in oven for a while. It is good but bery fattening. I also have a receipe for Cheesy Chicken Crescents. Talk about fattening! You use chesse, diced chicken, crescent rolls and cream of chicken soup.
OK I am going to try apple butter or jelly on my next grill cheese. I do not eat them often due to the fat content.
Heidi, I am not crazy about peanut butter but in small amounts I can eat it. I have to be in the mood for it to eat it though! I do have a peanut butter pie receipe that I love.
Once again I do not have receipe, but the jest is...crunchy peanut butter mixed with powder sugar. One large box of the cooked vanilla pudding. pie crust. Bake you pie crust according to direction. Make vanilla pudding according to box direction. Mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar according to receipe. Put peanut butter mixture in bottom of baked pie crusts. Top with hot vanilla pudding. Take a knife and not stir but help the pudding go down into the peanut butter mixture. Very neccesary to do this! Then refrigerate for at least an hour. Top with whip topping. YUMMMY!
