We went ride around this morning, to the capital and back to 6th street. Has anyone heard anything? I hear everything is closed in our area. It is definitely going to hit our area but I just read it's supposed to only be a tropical storm by then. I'm really not sure of much being 5 hours away.

Hey everyone. Back from the beach. I am glad to be back. Had a upsetting experience today. When I can figure out how to tell you about it without taking 2 pages to do so I will tell you guys about it.

I can say that if you give someone a choice of what to do and then they finally chose one you should NOT tell them that you are doing the other thing. Had that happened repeatly this weekend.

I also like to get up and get going. Instead our friends spent hours outside smoking before deciding they were finally ready to take a shower to go eat breakfast. I did not have breakfast until 10:30-10:45 all three mornings.
It drove me nuts.

Then today because our friend's GF hurt her back really bad Jeff and I clean up our bathroom, bedroom, do the laundry, clean the kitchen & livingroom and Jeff vaccumed and swept the whole condo. While they smoked. Then I was told I needed to go clean our friends bathroom!!!! I almost lost it, because while Jeff and I were cleaning they were outside smoking. I think that is what upset me the most. Jeff and I busted butt to clean up and he just was smoking. Then he expected me to clean the only thing we left him to clean. Needless to say I said NO. He had the nerve to tell me again I needed to do it. I told him no again. Jeff and I ran to get her some pillows for the ride home and when I got in the door he said my bathroom is still not clean. We had been gone 30 minutes and he still had not done one thing. I told him he better get busy then and clean it!

Selena, that would not sit pretty with me either. All aspects of it. When I get up I want to get going. The beach awaits. By the time you had breakfast it would be lunch time for me. Then the cleaning issue....I had that with my college roommate. I hated that part of college.

It killed me. I like to be at the beach when it is cooler in the morning time. It kills me to just sit around. I am not that type of person. I have way too much nervous energy to sit around while others puff on a ciggerette. Sorry I have not clue how to spell that and donot care to learn.

I did not mind helping clean but that is not what we did. We cleaned everything but his bathroom. And all this time he sat on his butt outside smoking. Only reason I did as much as I did is because I wanted to leave and we were told we had to follow them home in case if Shirley got sick. Which is fine but really what were we going to do if she got sicker? Then we had to buy their breakfast on my birthday. We had to go to Walmart for them.

His sense of self entitlement is beyond my grasp of understanding. I did not say anything to him so Jeff would not be upset. If I had it would have been a huge arugment because this jerk honestly believes we should have done everyhing he wanted and cleaned his entire condo.

I told Jeff neither of us are going in October. MB has fall bike week and we have been invited to go. Jeff still wanted to go but I said no. I know that is mean but we are going for 10 days in the end of October. It is not fair to our kids to be gone in September for 4 days, the beginning of October for 4 days and then again for 10 days at the end of October/beginning of November.

NO way!!!

I asked Jeff to call and check on Shirley. I wanted to make sure she was OK and if she had made an appt at the doctor. BUT I could not talk to him.

I'm back Home!!!!! Got home last night. Came home to find out somebody STOLE our chair and foot rest that was on our front porch, they stole the hot pink and left the florescent green foot rest probably because the matching chair was on my back balcony. It was there Thursday when my mom checked on our house and then amazingly enough our neighbors had a moving van on Friday....hmmmm, I wonder who took it, jerks.

I haven't been able to get on the computer. I think the weather was screwing up the internet on the ship because no one could log on.

Had an excellent Honeymoon, sad to be back but glad I am back home!!!! 3 weeks was a long time to be away!! Today had a dentist appointment and did 8 loads of laundry and gorcery shopping. Chris started school today.

Marcie - How are you doing today? Have you heard about your house? Any damage? You are in my prayers.

Selena - that is so sad about the football player. Beautiful picture of the rainbow and I believe that did have a meaning. The building is so cool, I think it is so cool that the school is split up in different older buildings.

Jrsy - How is Tammy doing? Thanks for watching me go through the panama canal!!!!!! And if I was here, I have played all those games before. I never.......

Cristi -I hope Rachel won't have very much pain, it sounds so painful to me.

Once I get everything in order, I will start my trip report. I took tons of pictures so get ready!!!!!!!

Jrsy - How is Tammy doing? Thanks for watching me go through the panama canal!!!!!! And if I was here, I have played all those games before. I never.......

She's doing well, though still nowhere near back to 100%. We walked almost five miles last Wednesday night along the Highline and a week ago last Sunday, she helped me put new roofing on our patio (and is still cursing me for it). On September 1, she stopped wearing head coverings because she has enough hair now and she got a lot of compliments at Back to School Night last night.

Rachel's surgery went fine, but now her left side is really hurting her when she eats mostly. Brad is going to call in the morning to get her an appointment. She has been going to school with it, just taking soup for lunch. Poor kid.

I am glad that Rachel's surgery went well. I hate she is still in pain though. Poor sweetie. Soup gets old!

Specifically, cranberry juice and pineapple juice.

Are they available from Room service or at breakfast in the dining room?

If I purchase them at a bar, what is the price, and are they free if you purchase a soda card?

You guys would be so proud of me...I cooked a great meal. Jeff, Mac and E were all in shock. Jeff asked why, Mac said I fixed a feast and E was afraid to mess with his fortune. lol

I cooked teriakyi (sp) chicken tenders
green beans
sliced tomato(out of my garden)
Whole grain rice
Steamed cabbage (out of my garden)
biscuits

Heck I even helped clean up the mess.

Jeff said it was nice to have a good meal on the table when he walked in the door. lol I told them all not to get use to it!

Now I am off to take Erik to mow a yard.
