I ordered this gorgeous dress on ebay. I tcame today and it has hunge runs on the back straps. The dress has the emphasis on strapless that crisscross across and open back line. It appears someone tired on the dress that was way too big for it and popped the material making it run and has holes in the seams where every run is located.
I am so mad. The dress itself is gorgeous but then you look at the back and it is just awful. I am furious at the company that sold it on ebay. They did not post it has anything wrong with it. Matter of a fact the dress the did post is another dress because it does not have runs on the material. The runs are so bad that all it is, is tiny strings barely holding it together. They do have a refund policy but I am mad because I paid almost $10 in shipping and insurance when I would never have bought the dress damaged as it is. I called my American Express card and they told me to call them back when I have mailed the dress back and I have a return receipt in hand.
What would you guys do? The company that I bought the dress from will not refund my shipping. I really feel like the owe me the shipping since I would not have ordered the dress when it is damaged.
It is a company and not an individual. The company has good feedback but prior to buying I did find one bad one that said something very similar to what has happened to me. The buyer put bad feedback on stating that the dress was damaged and was not disclosed and the seller put horrible feedback on that person. I have 100% feedback. They said this person lied and that the dress did not have anything wrong with it when it was mailed. Well when I pulled the dress out of the package I saw the damage. There is no way that company did not know there was damage. I am going to be very upset if they put bad feedback on my account.

) at our house. He has had things he got refunded on before, but they were from individuals, not companies and I don't know if he got his shipping back or not. I would ask him, but he has taken Jacob to Tae Kwon Do and isn't home yet.
