I think we really should all go on a vacation together. This year may be all done for me though unless my other vacations fall through. We may be renting a beach cabin for a week in Sept and then I've been invited to Connecticut & Washington this year. Not sure yet what if any I will do, but I should know by Sept. As long as it's not Jan - April 30th or Sept 1 - 15 or Oct 1 - 15 I can go. Oh and of course my cruise is next June 14th

Hey everyone. I brought the laptop after all. I did not want to but the kids wanted me to. lol

Having a wonderful time. Perfect weather. I am going to attempt to take some pictures to post tomorrow. Took a few today but nothing much.

Love the free breakfast and Happy Hour. Saves a lot of money!

Just got off the phone with Heidi. She found something to do last night as she didn't get back to her room until midnight.

OK, I am feeling like one of those horrible moms. Erik is on my last nerve. He is so dang spoiled and I am tried of it!! If it does not go his way he sulks. I do not want you to think we have not had a good time so far becasue we have but I am tired of it now.

He wants something to eat and we told him to go to the room and find something. We have lunch foods in our room and since he refused to go to the grocery store with us he has what we bought. He did not want anything up stairs. I gave in and told him he could order something from the bar but then he wanted to wait because he did not want to go and order it. A waitress came by our lounge but he would not ask her for the menu!!! I told him if he did not order then he was not ordering later. I mean it was 2 at that time and it would take about 20 minutes to get some food and we would like to eat at a decent time tonight. If he is not hungry he will ruin everyones time. I am just sick and tired of him acting like a spoiled brat. He really is not that way but he is really taking advantage of it all.

I swear he thinks we revolve in his orbit and nothing else exists but him!! Anyone want another child? I need a sign that says Have Child Will Ship!!

Yea Aerial is around 5'10 now and just got out of middle school. I don't think she weighed 118 pounds since 5 years ago. I am just small. 5'3, and little build. I just want to lose enough that when I gain 5 pounds from pigging out I won't be over 120

Man oh man. There is a bank robbery going on across from LA Weight Loss. It was so scary. SO SCARY. Helicopters, swat team staging in the parking lot of Safeway where LAWL is. Guns, guns and more guns. More Swat teams marching across the street. Streets blocked. Businesses closed. Cop cars everywhere in every direction. Ambulance on hold. Firetrucks in the distance. It is like Columbine all over again. Never knew that Columbine left fear in me but my feelings are surfacing again. Nerves. Can you say nerves????? Just the sounds brought me back. I will never ever forget the sounds I heard during Columbine.

They allowed me into the Safeway parking lot. At that point, I didn't know what was going on. I get out of the car and try to go in to LAWL but it is locked with a note on the door saying it was closed for safety and to come back later and for us to stay safe.

Can't talk to Ted. He's not answering. Heidi is away. Man, deja vu.

It WAS scary! I am much better now. It is all over and the guy turned himself in around 4 this afternoon.

Good morning,back from Salt Lake City. Glad to be home!!! Last night our plane got delayed because of the bad storm in Denver. There was another plane that was delayed before us that was going to Denver and our plane ended up coming first so they boarded us and the poor flight before us waited while we boarded. I felt so bad because we all just wanted to go home. We got home a little after 11:00pm to find out C-470 is closed at Quebec. So it was another 4 hours night, I cannot wait to sleep tonight for more than 4 hours. We ended up hanging out at night a local place with an open mic night and every night we got home late, we got about 4 hours of sleep every night but it was fun. We tried to get a buzz going in Salt Lake but it is impossible. After 15 drinks/beers each, we gave up because we were so tired of drinking. Not even close to getting a buzz in Salt Lake, we all concluded it was impossible.
