Selena, I know, it's frustrating though. I did do dumbbells last night and tonight I plan on running. I need to go to the store and buy salad things.

Sandy, thanks I will have to start doing that.
 
I can't seem to shake off all my trips weight. I just maintain once I get home and I am getting frustrated because I am trying!! Each trip starts to add on pounds that is for sure!
 
Okay, since I whined this morning, and have all your support I feel better. I've written down everything I've eaten the past 2 days and the point value. I am almost out of points today but I am having fish and veggies for dinner and going to do 45 minutes on the treadmill so I should be okay. I just have to figure out what is very low to eat tomorrow since I know I will be having a few shots (the good thing about shots I looked up on the internet they are only 2 points because they don't have the rest of the stuff in them). I will be eating oatmeal for breakfast, 2 points. Just have to figure out a really low point lunch & dinner.

I gained so much on my last cruise. I always gain a lot since we rarely go out to dinner, this helps me to stay away from sodium.
I was able to drop a few lbs fairly quickly but I had a few more to go and I had to go on a diet. I still was stuck with a few lbs even after the diet!! I did not lost them until recently. I have one more pound to go to be happy.

For breakfast have some fruit or something within a couple of points. Lunch do a salad with chicken. If you have the spray dressing you can have all of that for 6 points. If you have some fish left over have that tomorrow for dinner with some type of veggie. You could wind up with only eating 14 points and that would leave you with enough to have a few shots. Just remember you will get drunk much quicker on a diet.
 
It's fun for me to read about WW points. My diet isn't like that. I probably would be so confused and forget my points. LOL
 
Sandy, I got your email, thank you! I'm sorry I didn't have time to respond, I'm really feeling it now, these next three weeks are going to rough. The girl left a few days early. So we are down one now. I'm remembering being this tired last year, but at least i'm not going through a divorce this year. This weekend was a year he told me to leave.

Anyway, I ended up working late and then I had to go get the rest of Aerial's medicine and I was tired, so I stopped by the store and got the bag salad, some cucumbers & carrots, the spray salad dressing and lowfat bread and turkey. I didn't feel like making the fish, i will make it tomorrow. I ate a salad with 10 sprays and 1 piece of bread with 2 thin turkey slices and no mayo or anything. I would love dessert but I am fighting it hard. I'm at my points. So, off to bed I go.

Jrsy, I hope Alex feels better soon. Today is icky outside. The kids and I are going to to to a movie this afternoon. I think they decided they want to see College Road Trip.
He is still coughing and congested but otherwise still seems to have his boundless energy. I went to Blockbuster yesterday, so we watched Enchanted yesterday afternoon. I also picked up Raiders of the Lost Ark, Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure and Galaxy Quest. Looks like today will be another movie day at home, except my MIL and I are going to AAA at 1 to work on planning our family Disneyland trip for December. We just got done watching the planning DVD.
 
Jrsy, DL trip.....how fun! Nothing like planning and getting excited while doing it. No Disney trips for us until Sept 2009 so I am kind of having withdrawals. Poor Alex, just not fair being sick for spring break.

Marcie, way to go!!!!!!!!!!!! A pound and a half is a huge accomplishment. Don't you just love the spray dressings! I just finally decided to try them and wish I had tried them earlier.

Yess!!!!! They are really great. I plan on just using those from now on.

That is wonderful!! The first week is the hardest. After that you are good. You also learn real quick to eat veggies because you can have a lot more of them than low fat chips.

I still only mantaining but I have not been exercising much and I have ate about 2 points more than I should every day for a week. OH well at least my pants are not tight anymore. When I am not so tired and my allergies are better I am going to start walking outside more often. I have been doing my normal exercises but not the walking.

Had a great day with Heidi and family. It was alterations day for Heidi's wedding dress. Then we had dinner. Of course, I added another ten pounds to my already fat body!!

I certainly appreciate the offer and I'm sure we'll let you know by the time you are ready to leave in August. Where are you staying?

Since it was so nice yesterday, and neither Tammy nor Alex was feeling super, I decided to take advantage of the weather by walking to Blockbuster to return Enchanted and Raiders. It was about 3.5 miles round trip and took about an hour. Of course, when I got back, I had two popsicles and a beer.

We watched Galaxy Quest yesterday. I loved it, Alex liked it and Tammy hated it. If you haven't seen it, give it a shot. In addition to Tim Allen, Sigourney Weaver, Alan Rickman and Tony Shaloub (and, to a lesser extent, Enrico Colatoni who used to be on "Just Shoot Me") you can catch Rainn Wilson, Corbin Bleu and the guy who plays the Mac on the "I'm a Mac & I'm a PC" TV commercials (who was also in "Live Free & Die Hard.")

Oh, how I love my Sundays. :cloud9: I slept late and am still sitting in the dark in the living room dising. Aerial already asked me to go to her friend's house, so I am planning on a very quiet day. I just have to get to the grocery store at some point. I'm making Taco pie for dinner. Found the recipe on skinnyweek.com. 7 points.
