Wild and crazy here. In 2 weeks and 12 hours I will be on the plane (jet) heading to the West Coast. Jeff is coming home on Monday. I am going to buy all new bedding and when we are home from the cruise we are getting a new mattress set. That is going to be our christmas present to one another this year....Oh should I say in 5 days I am going to see Jeff and..........well ...fill in the blank. It has been a long 32 days!

I don't get it. Could you explain? I bet you are getting so excited! I can't believe it has already been 32 days.

Tyler is still having seizures. Mainly the nodding off kind that last just seconds. She has an appointment with a specialist. Can't wait to get him in. They upped his meds yesterday. Oh and he had a minute seizure last night around 4 in the morning. Stacey heard something strange on the baby monitor and went in to check on him. She asked me how many she had at night and I couldn't answer. We didn't have baby monitors back then. Then she wondered how many she missed at night. I thought the same thing when she had them. Forgot to tell you that on the phone, Heidi. He also had another one around 6:45.

Ted was home today so we washed and waxed the Pathfinder. I am so stiff and sore. Don't you think that when you are Ted's and my age that the kids should do it for you?

MacKenzie got her Permit in April. It is shocking that in 6 months she could have her licenses. We have not agreed to letting her have it though. That is part of her punishment for her behavior earlier.

Marcie, Erik is now as tall as I am. He is inching to being taller and I am sure in a month he will be taller than I am. He has let me know that I will then be the short one in the family.

Did you do some kind of online course? They don't offer it in schools anymore and from what I read you don't even take a physical driving test anymore. Just go throught the course and of course the written test for a permit. I haven't ordered it yet, I need to get on that.

We will just be the shortys together.

Marcie, I am jealous you are getting the lasik. I am excited FOR you! I hate that they don't offer drivers ed anymore. I honestly think that was a poor decision. I learned more from that then the book. WOW, I think it is even worse if they don't have the driving portion of the test!!

No wonder the roads are so dangerous these days. I've witnessed twice in the last week people who were sitting at a red light who just decided to go when the cross street was clear even though they didn't have the green. This isn't people speeding up when a light changes and blowing through a red, this is people who have been sitting at the red light and couldn't wait that additional 30 seconds for the light to turn green.

We went to conferences at Alex's school last night and practically burst with pride over the nice things his teachers said. At least we don't have to wonder if he's the same good, respectful kid when he is out of our sight.

Remember when I lost my oakley's in the spring? I found the exact pair on ebay last night, I bidded on them. I've been outbid but it's not over until Sunday so I will bid again. I really want them!!! In the description it even says they are for petite faces, that's me. I sure hope I win them.

My conferences were always good, but they would always mention to my parents that I talk a little too much during class. I can't help that I am so social!!!
