I went to the gym tonight. I worked my arms, shoulders, back & abs. Tomorrow the plan is to get up and do the treadmill, then Saturday back to the gym after I finish work.

I got up early enough to do 15 minutes on my treadmill. I'm not overly sore from the gym, so that's good. I am so glad it's Friday even if I do have to work tomorrow.

I've seen that happen!! One time my sister got to close to the monkeys and one took her glasses. In all honesty, it was a blast watching them carefully put them on. At the end, of course, they broke them. My parents were furious!

My, my everyone must be having great weather and is out and about. We had a busy weekend but ready to settle down for the night. Have a turkey breast in the crockpot and ready to watch Amazing Race tonight.

I had a good weekend this weekend, I hope everyone did too. When I got home on Friday I had a message from the place we bought my dress that my dress was in and I had 7 days to go try it on for inspection. The dress came in about 2 months early!!!! So on Sunday we went and I tried it on. A few loose beads and 1 missing bead, so it faired well in shipping. It fits perfect around the waiste and the hips. The only alterations I will need is in the bust area and possibly length depending on what shoes I wear. I still LOVE my dress. We also finalized my cake on Saturday and my parents were so nice and suprised us and bought us the cake. I was so suprised and cried!!! Chris had tears in his eyes too and said he was fighting back the tears...I think he is still in shock! Thanks Mom and Dad, LYMI.

What an exciting weekend Heidi. That was so sweet of your parents to buy the cake. I know you were so excited to put on YOUR dress. Wow, it's all coming together.

I worked on Saturday and then went to the gym. It worked out great going straight to the gym like during the week. So, I think I'm going to change up my routine.

Monday - Treadmill before work
Tuesday - gym after work - arms & abs
Wed. - Treadmill before work
Thurs. - gym after work - legs & abs
Friday - Treadmill before work
Saturday - gym a little bit of everything
Sunday - either break or treadmill depending if i skipped any day during the week

I got up a little late so I only had time to do 10 minutes on the treadmill but that's better then nothing. My legs are sore from Saturday. My coughing is almost gone now.

Has anyone seen Enchanted? I saw it over the weekend. It was really cute. I love Patrick Dempsey.

Alex and I saw it a couple of weeks ago. It was a good movie. I give Amy Adams a lot of credit for sounding like a cartoon character for the entire movie.

Yay Marcie, I am glad you are feeling better. Today is the first day I will start back at kickboxing since the holidays so I know it will kick my butt!!!

Jrsy - what are some good breweries we can take Chris's brother too? He is coming out on Wednesday and his only request is to go to some "good" breweries. We will take him on Wednesday and Thursday before we get the girls for the weekend.
