So where is all the crazy stories about Vegas and the weekend with the buddies???

My weekend was great, spent it with my family. My niece had me laughing hysterically when she wanted to give me a bath and started to pretend licking me, and then she wanted to change Heidi's poopy diaper. She was a riot yesterday. We were suppose to go horseback riding at Chatfield yesterday but as soon as we got there (after paying the entrance fee) they cancelled because it was over 100 degrees. So we went swimming instead and should go horseback riding Saturday morning.

That is so funny about your niece. What a fun age.

I went out Friday and then went to a friend's house Saturday. Her divorce was final on Wed. so we had a girls night divorce party. The rest of the weekend was spent pretty much reading Harry Potter. I'm not through yet, but Aerial finished at 3 o'clock Saturday, she's already read it a second time too. LOL. Did I already tell y'all this? Sometimes that memory of mine...

Oh guess what, I'm having a Partylite Candle party next Tuesday. I wish all of you lived here, I would invite you!!! I haven't had any party like this in years and years.

Sober? That wasn't enough beer to get us drunk...

NO HARRY POTTER SPOILERS HERE PLEASE!!! I have the book sitting next to my bed, but won't get to it for a bit.

Tammy would want to be invited to your Partylite party in my place. She loves that stuff.

Marcie - I love Partylite, but their candles are soooo expensive but their candle holders are so cute. I use to have a lot of them, but I am down to my butterfly candle holder left from them!!! Have fun.

I am back. I had a wonderful time in Vegas.
Heidi I could not find any discounts for the MC. I did look but did not see anything.

I did find out my brother has a GF and she lives with him. That was shocking since I did not even know he had a girlfriend! She works at Tryst. She offered to get us in but Bonnie was not interested. I am sure Jeff will be glad to take her up on it when he goes with me. lol

I told you guys I had to cancel out Thanksgiving cruise, right? I could not take Mac out of school during that time period due to testing.

Now I have nothing planned until December. I can not imagine waiting until December to go somewhere. lol I am sure we will have to work on that.

We are going to Richmond and maybe to Maryland for long weekends staying with friends. I am hoping we get to go to the OBX as well.

Jeff is off in a couple of weeks and we are doing day trips here and there. Maybe that will help me until December.

Selena - I loved Tryst, what does she do there? It was a lot of fun but really overcrowded and hot!!! It was cool to see since the dance floor was out by the waterfall. Did you ask your brother if he could take direct calls? Thanks for looking for coupons for me.

Jrsy - If you went downtown for the bars, I could see that being a problem. When I go to Lodo's it make me feel old because when I told someone my age they couldn't believe that I was "that old". I think the average age there is 21!!

Today is my Ex's birthday and also the day my divorce papers are ready to give to him. So, I'm going to his house to leave them on his desk at lunch with a birthday note saying this is his present. haha. One of my good friends called and told me they saw him out on a date last night in a restaurant. Oh well, I just laughed. I have started to come to realize I can get better.

I talked to my Mom last night. She sounded good. My cousins were about to go to visit her for coffee.

If you need a taxi let me know and I can give you his number. He said he would be glad to help you out but also said you would get a quicker responce time probably from the taxi line at your hotel. Normally when people call direct he is with someone and it takes a while for him to get there to you. For instance, I called him at 5:45 when we landed and he did not get us for an hour and half. He was on the other side of town and he was just then taking someone out as far in Vegas as you could. We thought he would never get there but of course we learned quickly about rush hour traffic in Vegas. lol

She is one of the girls "hostess" who let you in the nightclub. She can get you in but you would still have to pay the fee in to the club. But that is better than waiting in a line. You just walk right up and either her or the GM will let you in. Very Kewl!!

My gang that I went out with is voting on going next year for the same freakin week. I am a little pissed off about it because they promised me next year we would do the second or fourth week. I loved Vegas but I refuse to go again without Jeff. I just know how much Jeff would love Vegas. I had fun with my group but I would have more fun if Jeff were with me with them. SO .... Heidi if you guys go next year at the end of July, Jeff and I might go the same time so we can meet up with you guys. Keep it in mind. We also have some friends we are going to attempt to talk into going with us. They are a lot of fun. I know you are getting married though next year so you probably will not be doing that.

Selena - That is cool that she could have gotten you to the front of the line. We are not doing Tryst this year because it is too crowded and hot. I will never ever pay to go to a club in Vegas, way too expensive....always get VIP passes on ebay for cheap. I am sure we will go to Vegas at the same time next year (it is becoming a yearly thing for out), but maybe Chris will go with me next year if we all meet up, that would be so cool!!!
