The doctor changed him to a different blood pressure med and he goes back in 3 weeks to see if it's working. Dane talked him out of the Lipitor but he has to be retested in 3 months for his cholesterol. So hopefully this new med will do the trick.

I wish you all lived close! I just made a MAJOR mistake and doubled my waffle recipe. I can now feed an army.

Marcie, Jeff use to be on blood pressure meds but he lost 40 lbs and his blood pressure came back down to normal. Thank goodness. I hope Dane is doing better.

Heidi I have the best husband. Well right now I think that I am sure he will tick me off sometime in the next 3 hours. lol

Sandy tubing? This brings back memories. When the kids were younger it started snowing at or around 11:00 pm. At midnight I woke up my kids and took them out to play in the snow. We had a blast. We did so much. We made a snowman and we made snow angels. We do not have any hills near my house so we could not sled. I know you guys had a wonderful time.

I made my packing list and will start packing this weekend.

Selena - what a fun cruise you will have!!! The only diet adult beverage recipe that I can think of is mixing the liquor with Crystal Light.

I just priced a category 9 for the Eastern Repo through the Panama Canal and it fell a few dollars below $5,000....that is insane!!!

My sister did my taxes yesterday so now I am waiting for my refund!!!

Technically, it is today that we leave if you count that we are heading to the airport around 10:30 tonight. Two suitcases are packed but the third is still open for the last minute items. Cosmo's stuff is packed; there is no way we could have brought everything because you guys all spoil him! I know you are thinking "Only three suitcases?" but that doesn't include all of the suitcases we need for everyone who has asked to stow away and go with us.

Hopefully I won't forget to say goodbye to you before I leave today like I did last time and never heard the end of it.

Who knows with the snow? Do you trust any of the forecasts? It doesn't sound like it is going to be major and it may be between storms when we fly out. Sounds like another one is coming on Thursday afternoon.

We did give Cosmo a few things, but not a snowboard! Or a hockey outfit! Or his own collection of shotglasses! I hope you or Heidi want him next so I can hand him to you rather than paying to ship all of that stuff (because you know I will be poorer when we get back).
