CR-Unhappy with CS

Just wanted to post my experience, because I am unhappy with it. I do offers through QR, and recently SR. I hardly ever have problems receiving credit, but when I do, the service at both has been phenomenal.

However, I recently completed a paid survey email from CR. I didn't receive credit & contacted them. They said to make sure my browser settings were correct.

I responded that I do offers for RP's all the time and my browser settings are fine. I hardly ever have problems receiving credit for offers.

I explained that I normally do offers through other RP's, but this was the first one through CR. I wanted to try it out and see if I had problems receiving credit. Didn't think I would, but did. Then I got to see how they are about creditting you.

I just wanted to share this experience with you because I praise QR & SR all the time for wonderful service, and wanted you all to know of my less fortunate experience with CR.

Oh, they said in their email to me that since they didn't receive credit, I wouldn't. I understand that, however, considering the fact that I was using CR for an offer for the first time, I would think they would want to be more understanding.
 
I need to add something else to this, but I gotta go, the basset hound is eating cough drops!
 
I have had prblems with CR also. I signed up for ebay, made and won a bid and got nothing from them. They just blow it off saying well, we don't have any record, you didn't go through us, etc. I did use the link they provided in the email, and I had never done ebay through any RP, and I didn't have an ebay account. That was the only time I tried any of their offers. I also did several surveys and have only been credited for one. I just do the daily clicks (which have gone from 7 or mor pointds a day to 1.3) and the trivia there, and when I have enough to cash out, I will close that one down. QR and SR are much better at crediting and customer service.
 
I have had no problems getting credits with the surveys through them, shopping and the smaller offers. I am hesitant to do the bigger offers through them because everyone is saying they have problems getting those credited.
 

I had a BIG one last year that took me about 3 months to get credited. I emailed every week! It was the same story--they did not get credit. I even called the company(some coffee club) and voiced my displeasure with them. Finally, the points came through. I felt like I really had to work to get the points!! Don't know what the problem is--CR used to be one of my best earners. They have always answered my emails and shopping credits very quickly. Hopefully, things will get back to the level the used to be.
 
I do them and lately I have been having some issues with getting some of the email offers to credit. I only do the daily surveys over there and email offers. Sometimes I will shop through them but I haven't had any real issues with getting credit for items.

I will say that their CS does lack. I emailed them a few months ago because I was upset that when I clicked on an offer through an email my virus scan popped up and warned me about spyware included. Their email reply was there is no spyware because they checked. Well that's not what my virus scan said! I'm very careful with them and tend to limit what I do and cash out often via paypal.
 
Well, I just thought I should give everyone a heads up so that they don't go through the same things I did. I must say I won't be doing anymore offers through CR at all!
 
Last week I did three surveys. The one I got credit for was the "Cons" survey the other two were through Greenfield and I haven't seen credit for either of them yet. I wonder if it's a problem with the survery company and not creations. I did all of them from an email link.
 
I did 99% of my shopping through CR....started having problems with them crediting back in November (on big point items at that) :( needless to say I won't be shopping through them anymore. trying my luck now with SR so far 3
purchases/offers have not credited....just made a purchase thru SR for petcare rx...if that doesnt credit..I think i'll ONLY be doing mypoints...I have NEVER had a problem with them :)
 
I just wanted to post a positive here.

I got credit for two out of the three surveys I did last week. I've also had several emails from the customer service department regarding quesitons and as always answered within 24 hours with good advice. I believe it's a good rewards site and worth another shot! :thumbsup2 My $.2 cent anyhow..

On an off note is anyone else doing surveys and using an aol browser?
