CR tower room or BLT one bedroom

There is a door from the living area to the balcony. I don't recall the height of the lock, I'll be there 3/10 and can let you know.

Portable door alarms are available on Amazon or a door wedge could do the trick. The door opens out so you can barricade it with the patio furniture and inside furniture.

We have been to both CR and BLT many times. In fact, I loved The CR so much that I when I bought my first DVC, I would only even consider buying at BLT.

The CR is obviously closer to all the action and transportation, if that's important to you. BLT is quieter, but obviously has the advantage of having a full bedroom, kitchen and washer and dryer in your room (which, admittedly, is one of my favorite things about my DVC).

I wanted to just clarify what the price difference was. You said BLT is $425 more…was that total for a week or PER night? If it was $425 more total, I would choose BLT, hands down. If it was $425 more per night, I would probably go with The CR.

Also, you had a question about the locks in the living room in BLT. Here is a pic of my son from a few years ago that shows where the lock is located on the door…

My kids have stayed in the living room many times and I have never given it a thought, but if that's a concern, like the above poster stated, I'm sure there are affordable solutions to that.

Yes, it is $425 plus tax in total more btwn the CR tower room and the BLT one-bedroom.
The lock seems to be handle height. I’m going to have to think about that. Thanks for the picture.

Sneaking out. Or just getting curious and going outside on his own.
