CR Check in - Not what paid for!

I really don't know why this particular issue bothered me so much lol...like I said maybe because we check in next week and the pre-stress vacation prep....hormones... rofl....

Personally I would not want to take Disney's wrong and put it on someone else even though I don't know them. That is what I meant by two wrongs.

I just believe that it is bad karma to make someone else suffer for Disney's mistake.

Being that it was Disney's mistake, I would worry about their karma, not mine. If someone is going to be misplaced, in all honesty, I would rather it be "them" than me...but maybe thats just my only child mentality. If I arrived first, I would expect that the room be given to me, rather than leaving it open for someone arriving later.

That makes me sooooo nervous. We are leaving in 18 days for our trip to Disney. We normally stay at the Allstars. But this trip we really splurged and are staying at CR with a tower MK view room booked. I would be devestated if we showed up and didn't get our room.

We arrive on Dec 19 and by goodness, they better have my Tower MK view room ready and waiting, maybe not ready and waiting unless it is after 3pm, but I do expect to get what I paid for and I will not be happy if I don't get it, cause this will probably be the only time I will get to stay in this category. I was told by the CM that our reservation was on High priority, because we have to have a HA roll-in shower room (for mom) with a special cleaning (for my asthma, hopefully a previously non-smiking room), so I really hope that is what they have. I won't accept anything except what I paid for, not even the GF Theme Park View (mom would want that).

Hey Jenfur....we'll be checking in on the 29th and checking out on Dec. 8th. Wishing you a great trip too...maybe we'll run into each other. Just look for the mom a little razzled trying to guide 3 children, my mom, and my darling husband Sending pixie dust your way....

May I ask a question?
I realize it fits into your example here, but why do you mention in pretty much all of your posts that you stay on the Atrium Club? Is it really necessary to point this out is every single one of your posts?

Gee I feel like I have to kind of stick up for CR Resort Fan 4Life here! I just think he always mentions the CR Atrium Club because he's very enthusiastic about it and that's where they love to stay

JMHO but I personally consider him a CR "Expert" whose great advice is always spot on and which always seems to be welcomed here on the DIS by people asking for CR info (he has almost 7000 posts here) - and I for one sure hope he will keep on posting!

2nd that! If it wasn't for reading the boards, and reading Fan's posts I would still be questioning my decision on the CR. He has a wealth of information about the resort and it's much appreciated...hugs to you Fan
