You can go to your account and check on progress, if pending or sent. I have had trouble with them when I cash out with them canceling previously credited shopping points...and then canceling the reward entirely. I would all of a sudden notice a big change in my point level to below where I can get the reward ( Like I had 2200 points, apply for a reward for 2100 points which they take out right away, then pending for a week or so then say I one day wind up with 1700 points in my account , not enough for the reward, contact them and they say they reversed a shopping credit even tho I send them the receipt showing purchase). This especially happens with disneyshopping... I have had this happen numerous times...when a reward request comes thru it usually only takes a few weeks but that too is iffy.
