CR 4th floor viewing area for Wishes

Someone said you can view Wishes from the 4th floor of the CR. Is that right, what is the view like there? We have a late ressie at Concourse Steakhouse and was hoping to take advantage of this. Thanks.

The view is fine and they even pipe in the music. If you want to you can climb up the stairs to view from higher up, just know that only the 4th floor doors open from the outside to get back in.

Do you have to be staying at the CR or eating there to be able to view the fireworks? I wan't to explore the CR and this would be a cool thing to do after checking it out.

What time do people usually start showing up to get their spot?

No you need only be there. It usually isn't very crowded, start checking about 1/2 before the start and until it gets to your crowd comfort level enjoy the shop and arcade on the 4th floor.

The Concourse Steakhouse is on the 4th floor too.

There are also two entrances to the viewing area. One is located by the Bay View Gifts store and the other one is by the Sundries store, however the one by the Sudries store is where the benches would be and I don't remember seeing any on the side where you walk past the Bay View Gifts store.
