What are the views from your room on the 14th floor concierge? Are you guaranteed a MK view?

I'm REALLY struggling between the Poly Lagoon view concierge and CR 14th floor. I hear so many great things about both. I have been reading more and more posts that if you are without kids, the Poly is the way to go. Now I'm starting to think that it's not the best for kids? Which do you think is better for a 4 year old?

We stayed on the 14th floor concierge at the Contemporary in June/July of 2001. I was told the only way to guarantee a Magic Kingdom view is if you book a suite and you pay more for the Magic Kingdom view. Otherwise, you can put in a request, although it is not guaranteed. The bay view is also nice and if you get that view, you can always go to the concierge lounge to watch the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom. We have stayed at both and our daughter was 4 at the time we stayed at the Contemporary. It was our best concierge stay. We have stayed numerous times at Polynesian concierge and that was also nice. I really do not think you can go wrong either way.

I don't know about the POLY but we stayed on the Tower Club at the Contemporary and my kids were 4 and 8 at the time, we had a MK view and they loved it, we saw the fireworks from our balcony every night. I don't know if I would pay the extra to be in full concierge, tower club worked great for us and it's on the 12th floor.
