CR 14th floor-anyone stayed there recently?

I have a one bedroom suite on the 14th floor of the CR booked for September. It is my family and my mother. Am now thinking about changing ressies to 2 rooms on the 12th floor. Has anyone stayed on the 14th floor recently or is anyone going in the near future? Would love any feedback. Am so confused as to what to do.....Stayed on the 12th floor last Sept. and loved it. Any help would be appreciated.

I was there in January, and it was just lovely. I wouldn't switch. Because there are so few rooms on the 14th floor, they really know you and take care of you.

We spend a whole week on 14 in Jan. It was wonderful. The concierge's were so nice and helpful. Since there are so few rooms & suites on the floor, we rarely saw others.
