CP or 1900 ???

We've eaten at both for dinner. There was a HUGE difference between the two. We by far preferred 1900 PF. While they're both buffets, the food was drastically different. There were more options at 1900 PF, the food was fresher, and delicious. The food at CP was ok. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything memorable either. Standard buffet food that reminds me of Golden Corral at home. 1900 PF was one of our fav meals on our last trip due to the variety of food, freshness, and it was very tasty. The character interaction was icing on the cake at 1900 PF. Best interaction of any character meal. The stepsisters are a riot!

I'll 2nd this. 1900's buffet offers a good choice and the stepsisters are hilarious. Anastasia is brilliant. :goodvibes

We've had breakfast and dinner at both and if we could only pick one it would be 1900 PF for both breakfast and dinner. As mentioned the step sister are just hilarious and the food it good too for a buffet.

I really couldn't complain about the food at CP either, we have always enjoyed our meals there, but the food has always been much better at 1900 for us :thumbsup2

Well, would have said 1900... but not after our last few trips.
We've eaten there oh, I'd say 10 times now for dinner, about 7 for CP dinner.
Never had a problem with CP. We're fussy eaters, and found more usually at 1900 that suited us... and for kids, they have a great kids selection... so that's why normally I would lean towards 1900 Park Fare.

But, last couple times have found the food to be kind of eh, and say every time, nope, maybe skip it next trip.

Just ate there in late November and was not impressed... nor was the family we took with us (their first time there). Did deluxe dining, 21 meals, and they said it was the worst meal of the trip... we agreed with them!

They did change the menu a bit. There was a pasta we always enjoyed... that was gone, replaced with some other pasta dish that we didn't care for at all. Can't think of what else, but did notice some other different items offered this time also.
Stepsisters and all have been fun.... maybe we're just tired of them, but they just haven't been much fun at all our past few times there. Was pretty laid back lately.

we swore never again... yet do have it tentavitely booked for our next trip. We like a buffet after traveling all day... and am thinking of keeping it just due to the kids enjoy the kids' selection they have. But trying to think of what else to try instead for our first night. CM dinner we truly disliked, CP we enjoy, but not much variety for us fussy eaters.
