Covid test for 1 year olds-

My grandson is 12 months and my daughter sails January 3- the
Holiday coupled with his age are making testing protocols a nightmare. Inspire says they can’t do at home testing due to holiday mail delays. They can book at Radison resort for the evening before they sail, bit no clue when results will be back. How have others handled this?

Hi, we are in a similar situation. Ship sails on Monday and due to timing with the holidays, we have to drive to the Radisson for testing on our littles tomorrow actually. Luckily, we live in Florida so we will just drive home so we don't have to celebrate Christmas with the kids in a motel.

I was worried our mail- in Inspire tests wouldn’t come fast enough so I called. They assured me that the Radisson the night before would be fast enough and results would be in by the next morning. We did not have to do it though - our mail test came on time.

That's great! When I tried to order the home tests a couple of weeks ago I was given a message that said due to the holidays they were unavailable for shipping. The only option was to go in person to the Radisson or do an independent test. I couldn't find one single place that would test an infant with a PCR or NAAT and had an appt available.
