DCuzs & their 5 year old son are going to Disney in December! Today I was able to get them 4 nights, AKV, Jambo, savannah view studio.
DCuz was only recently able to secure the week in December off & there are relatives they will visit for the rest of the week. Adults have been to Disney 25 years ago, stayed off site.
I have sent a letter to them telling them about:
ME and how I can arrange it.
DDP, since in studio, and mentioned Mara.
Pool at Kidani, and how to get there.
Timeshare things like no daily cleaning, but will get clean towels on Wednesday.
There are pool towels.
There is a laundry room on 5th floor, and that they will be on 5th floor.
Bus transportation and order of stops. Do not get off at Kidani after a park unless you want to.
You enter Jambo on the 3rd level. Pool and Mara and restaurants on 1st level.
Link to Undercover Tourist for tickets.
I think that's all I told them so far. It seems like a lot, but I think first time visitors, which in many ways they are, need to be prepared. We actually will overlap, they will see our DGC's family on the DGC's check out day,but we will be in VWL.
What else should I tell them about ? The youngster is quite shy. I am not pushing character meals, but do think Breakfast with Lilo and Stitch may be fun to watch, even if not participating. What are your experiences with shy children & characters, best to just avoid meals?
Thanks.
