Courtyard DTD early ressie transportation

We are staying at the Courtyard by Marriott in DTD and we have ressies for CRT at 8:15 a.m. I believe the busses start running an hour before the park opens which is 9:00 that day. I was told to plan on an hour travel time and we are not renting a car. Will we need to get a taxi or is there another way to get to MK that early in the morning?

I will agree that you can expect approximately 3/4 to 1 hour travel time from the courtyard to MK due to pickups at all the DTD hotels nad traffic etc..... I'm not sure what time the DTD disney buses start buy perhaps you can catch one of those to a resort and catch an early bus to the MK. Maybe somebody else can chime in concerning this auction. Just a word of warning about the DTD buses. When I stayed at the Courtyard the buses we always off schedule and somewhat sporadic. As long as you can be patient you will have a great time.

That is a very good question. Maybe the front desk can arrange a ride for you. You might have more luck if yo join their free Marriott Rewards program. That phone number is in my link below my picture.

If you have to take a cab, instead of being dropped off at the ticket transportation center to ride the riverboat or monorail to MK.

You could ask to go to the Contemporary Resort entrance and make a short walk to MK.

I don't know whenyou are going to WDW, but I'll be going back to CbM on 9/29/03 and I will find out for you.

Does this give us something special? I'm already a member, but didn't give them the number when I made my ressie, since I seldom stay at a Marriot and would never get enough points for a room. Thanks.

Thanks for the offer but we will be there before you We are going 9/17-9/27. I need to call the hotel sometime this week to request our view and I will plan on asking them about the early transportation then. I will post the results.
