As for discounts inside DL/DCA I think the only discounts are for AP holders and maybe AAA members.

If you have an Annual Pass you can get a discount on food and merchandise. Sometimes there a coupon at the bottom of food receipts that gives a discount at certain shops at certain times, but I didn't see any of those last week (I think they primarily occur during the Christmas Holiday season).

If you have a Chase bank account then you can get the Disney Debit Card. It has almost the same perks as the Disney credit card. You get 10% off some restaurants and 10% off store purchases of $50 or more inside the parks. Plus, you can get a cute Mickey debit card. That alone makes me happy every time I pull it out of my wallet

If the debit card perks are the same as the credit card, then you can get a discount at Big Thunder Ranch, French Market, River Belle Terrace, Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill, Wine Country Trattoria (Lunch only), and Paradise Garden Grill.

It's not a discount/coupon in the traditional sense, but you can also buy Disney Gift Cards at Target and get a 5% discount if you use the Red card.
