Coupons for 10% off a new annual pass

It has all the details. Each coupon is good for purchase of up to 6 APs - but you MUST do it in person at WDW, and before July 31st. It also is only for NEW, ACTIVE APs - no renewals of vouchers. But it does apply to Tourist, Florida Resident, and DVC APs.

Note: The moderators have been VERY strict about these solicitations being contained in that thread alone, since the referring AP holder gets a gift card for every AP that is purchased with their coupon...
