I have a question to run by all of you. I've been having some problems with my local Walgreens.
In the past it was a minor thing, where I didn't get a balance rewards for an item I bought. However, I went there on Friday and they weren't able to redeem about $10 worth of coupons because "no such item was found in my order." It was especially weird as it only seemed to happen on items where I used two coupons on two of the same item - ie two bottles of Nivea with two coupons. They took the first but then gave me back the second. Huh.
Today I went there to purchase the BOGO Wexford binders since I'll need them for when school starts up again. The sale was for BOGO binders from .5" - 3". I picked up (6) 1.5 inch binders, the exact same as pictured in the ad. According to my receipt, I purchased (4) binders and they were not listed as BOGO.
I am *SO* confused by this!!! There we no limits listed, so there is no reason why it should not have credited me for the binders I bought. I also don't understand why it showed up as 4 instead of 6!
Has anyone else ever had any problem with Walgreens not accepting coupons or not honoring BOGOs? Should I go back to them and talk to a manager about what's going on? Any advice would be appreciated.![]()

Every few months I have a problem with Walgreens and swear I'll never go back (but I always do when there's a good sale

I would definitely talk with the store manager about the problem but I'm not sure that he/she will have an answer. I sometimes think there are a lot of glitches in Walgreen's system.
