I peeked in the recycling dumpster at the school nearby. I could see coupons. Was too chicken to jump in and get them. Possibly if I had one of those tools with a long handle and pinchers on the end...thoughts? Anyone else dive in?

Yeah id take the plunge as long as it isnt mixed with garbage but you said it was in the recycling bin.my DD9 school has the coupons all in a huge stack in the back office. I sneak back there and grab some as "Payment" they laugh at me but when i am saving on average $50 on groceries every week laugh all you want to. Now I have 2 teachers hooked on coupons with me..
ok now the crazy nutty Tonya brain kicks in if I cant reach it DD9 is small enough if I bribe her maybe she will jump in for me

I have my recycled pick up and have no clue of where the non picked up recycle places are, but I'd pickup a grabber and go to town.
