I didn't receive an envelope this week, so unless it comes on Monday, I'll have to mail another small envelope to VELROX. I'll try to run out tomorrow to buy a second newspaper so I'll have some extra coupons to clip. (I get only one paper delivered on Sunday, and being new to this, don't have a coupon stockpile or anything.)

Did great at CVS today, it helps having a ton of ECBs to use up!

CVS - MF coupons $6.25; 2-48oz. ice creams, 1 Clorox, 5-2L Diet Coke, 2 Orbitz gum, 3 Tic Tac, 1 Schick razor = total OOP $3.16 (used $17 ECBs) $4 ECBs for next time

RA - MF coupons $17.99; 2 Schick razors, 1 Huggies, 2 Secret deoderant, 4 newspapers = total OOP $11.12 (used $7 UP+) $1 UP+ for next time

Wags - MF coupons $24.78, Wags coupons $4.19; 1 Blistex, 1 Wal-Fex, 7 Nestle Crunch, 1 Gil Fusion razor, 1 Schick razor, 7 Chips Ahoy, 2 Lysol Toilet, 2 Jello instant pudding mixes = total OOP $13.64 (used $15 RR)

VGs - MF coupons $11.90, total savings with ad $44.51, total OOP $39.38 (bought a lot of meat today for Father's Day!)

The week prior was an optional week to mail so I'm thinking your train buddy probably didn't receive any coupons so only had last week's coupons from the inserts to mail to you. Same thing happened to my train buddy Honeybunches since I only had last week's coupons from the inserts to send to her last week. HONEYBUNCHES, you're getting a biggie this coming week though. Just got back from the 24/7 APC and I think you will like this one.

Well this was my first day actually doing my coupons... I am so happy to say that between coupons and VIP discounts I saved 64.08. Not to bad for a first try. I left only having to pay 82.00 I expected to leave having to pay around 120.00. I know it doesn't sound like much but it is a good start for me. I used to do coupons every now and then but now it is becoming something I NEED to do. I have kids that have left home or will be leaving soon and I want to stock my cupboards so I can start storing stuff to give them when they need it.

On the 18th I will be going on vacation so I will not be mailing out next weeks coupons. I will be gone a week so on the 27th I will mail out that weeks envie. I have put this weeks in the mail already so it will go out tomorrow.

Eyor44 - Thank you for being so understanding. I am feeling better and life is starting to go back to normal around here. You know its never a good thing for momma to be sick. My guys mean well but there is always so much that has to be done when I am better; but I do love their effort.

I havent been able to shop or coupon in about a week and a half so I think I'm going through withdrawals. I am putting an envie in the mail, at the post office, first thing in the morning. (My coupon buddy has been on vacation so I haven't received any coupons in a couple of weeks; but I have had my family help me get some together for you. It is a pretty nice sized envie, hopefully it will make up for last week)
