Made a quick trip to the store to use up some expiring coupons on things that will be off sale tomorrow and saved 19.38!

Tomorrow we're going back for our weekly groceries so we'll see how much we can save with the new ad.

Jessica~ I looked through all my coupons and didn't have a single Tide coupon. I recently recieved the P&G booklet and I could have sworn there were some in there. I must have already sent them to my train buddy. Sorry.

My friend gets super buys from CSV in San Jose CA. So I ran over to see what ours had.. nothing like what she was picking up.. robes for a 1.00 each, cookies for .10 each can.. I saw some of her buys this past weekend.
She told me she shops there all the time. she buys this great stuff and then saves it for a garage sale. She told me she can make from the low 600.00 to 1200.00 in one day. She will have 3 to 4 a year.. The key is to buy what people want and don't put all of the same thing out. When they buy and leave bring out more. I think i best clean my mess first.

Anyways I saved total of 25.23 but only. My girls took the makeup already.

LattNJ~ Your envie is on it's way...I think. When I put it in the mailbox there was already mail in there, but I think it was from Saturday cause neither DH or I can remember if we got it on Saturday. And it was REAL cold, like it had been sitting for awhile. Our mailman comes anywhere between noon and 2 and this was at 11:30 so if he was early it shouldn't have been THAT cold. KWIM?

All that to say, LOTS of coupons are on their way!

I think it will be ok. I sent a super maga giant evie on last week from all the ones I had gotten the week before. I'll just forward what I get from the newpaper this week, and wait to see what comes my way.

Mine are plastic accordian type. I started out with cheap paper ones from the Dollar Store and they tore within a few weeks so I wanted something sturdier. I found mine on clearance at CVS.

LUCYEM, thanks for the envie received today. I came home sick from work so I haven't looked through it yet but you always send good stuff, so I'm sure there will be several I can use.

I spent a little $ on mine at Staples - plastic accordian envelope sized file. The dollar stores ones I used to have had a tendency to explode and rain couopns at the store. Was worth the investment to get a sturdy one.

Spent $735 this month on groceries...a little higher than I hoped, but I stocked up on a lot of 10 for $10 type things.

TiggerStac: Just dropped an envie off in the mailbox that should go out tomorrow. It's kind of light since there was only one insert in this weeks paper and I didn't receive an envie from my sender.

MyDizneyBoyz: I did go to my moms this weekend, so I have a decent amount to send out. They stopped my nana's because she's been in hospital and rehab, so only 2 sets of coupons for a couple of weeks (instead of 3), plus whatever is in todays paper. I have not venture out to the end of our 300 foot driveway in the snowstorm to get it, yet

Thanks, I think it's over and done. Either it was a stomach flu bug or the cafeteria at work tried to poison me. Oooooh, it was nasty but shortlived fortunately.

I also wanted to get in my massive savings at two grocery stores, Walgreens, and CVS before the end of the month totals get figured up. This was my best couponing ever I think.

I will be MIA from the board next week as I am flying to Orlando tomorrow I have to work Tuesday and Wednesday but I took the rest of the week off to stay there and soak up some sun!!!

I'll also be visiting with my 89 y.o. grandparents and I am HOPING to get in a visit to EPCOT to see the Flower and Garden show. I've never been to WDW during the show but it is SOOO expensive to go for just one day. I'll see what I can work out.

Anyway, I fly back home a week from today so I am going to apologize now because next week's envelope to cjnix29 is going to be a day or two late.
