Santa and I live in the same neighborhood~~it's -7 on the thermometer right now. The high today is supposed to be ZERO.

I'd just like to say that I am glad I live in the desert. The summers are brutal, but I was just sitting here thinking that I didn't want to go out today because of the cold. Our high today is gonna be like 33 and we're expecting snow, but this is rare for us. Three days ago, I was Christmas shopping in short sleeves!

Guess I can't complain too much, right? Now, off to the Post Office!

We had an odd heat wave yesterday where it reached almost 50* and all of our snow melted! Today it's lightly snowing and 16* out

Just wondering if any of our riders were hit by an unusual snowfall in a couple of the Southern states? We heard parts of TX and LA had considerable snow? Aschlau, Mickeyholic, Stephgly? Anyone have some snow there? If so, did you love it or hate it?

We had about 10 minutes of sleet. DH had snowflakes at work. We do have a cold front coming in right now. It's about 20 degrees. They say we might get a little bit of sleet tonight. However, in a few days we will be back up to high 60's or so.

Thanks for the welcome! No luck on the job search yet. I'm really not expecting that he'll see much out there till after the holidays (at least I hope there will be more out there)
