Coupon Book Size and Designers?

Trying to make a coupon book for my kids. I was only using the posted blanks and personalizing them myself but they seem to be a variety of sizes. Is there a preferred standard size? Do you bind them all together? If so how? Also have coupons posted photo bucket? I know Mel and dolly do. Any others?

Just a note about the ones I do...........

I know that for my coupons I have posted that NONE of them are the same size so I don't know how people are making coupon booklets with mine.
