Couple of questions about Epcot

I have read about so many changes in the pavalions at Epcot, which ones are closed/ in rehab? We're going Oct.7-15. Ice station Cool is closed, Living seas is closed, Is the Land open?

Also, I know the Garden Grill is open again, is it still a character meal?

It is STILL a character meal, and its one of my favorites for kids and adults!

Garden Grill was still a character meal in June. It was one of the better ones we went to. DS6 really loved it.
