Counting Containers!

How many do you have planted? Do you tend to go a little overboard with them? Is one colour more dominant than others? Hot colours, pastels? Count your veggie containers too!

I'll count mine in a bit, but first I better get showered and dressed before I go out there. Don't want to scare the neighbours!!

We're off to the annual Secret Garden Tour today. They're calling for a 40% chance of thunderstorms this afternoon, so I hope we can get the tour done before the thunderboomers start!

if so I have 35 if not 34 and that is only in the front yard.....

we have torn down the deck and have yet to rebuild one...so when we do watch out I see more containers in my future!


Overboard yes but so much fun!

I have many. i dont ususally do alot but since I will need some color in the back yard when everything is done, i decided to do movable color. The containers are in the front now and I will move them to the back when construction is done mid summer.

I have 11 mostly green and clay colored - they are lining the outer rim of my vegetable garden. my husband thinks I'm nuts but wait till the actually grow something...

I have a bunch of containers and I do go overboard. Sorry not willing to go that side to count cause a couple of mornings ago when I had gone to water my plants, there was a toad-yikes . I have a mostly veggies, with some flowers.

Not too many. A couple of hanging pots.

1 on the front porch, a variety of plants blue, white and a splash of pink.

2 hanging fuchsia in the back.

A large potted hibiscus.

A large potted passion flower.

A hanging mixed pot in a cement pot beside the glider. White and yellow.

A hanging bag of mixed pansies on the deck post.

A large pot in the center of my salvia bed with purple grass.

4 antique urns DH has picked up at yard sales. All with mixed flowers.

Guess that puts me at 12. Plus some of my indoor plants on the front porch in the shade.

Yes shoppie, I'm sure you're DH will be eating his words, once everything takes off!

Amid, this project must really be stifling your urge to play in the dirt! But the kitchen you'll have when this is all done.....awesome!!!

Mamu, how's the passion vine doing? I think they're gorgeous. I look at them every year, but have yet to try one!

In total we have 41 containers, of all shapes and sizes. One window box, and 2 hanging planters. I want to do 2 more containers, and then that's it!!!!!!! I think......
