YAY! Thanks for letting us know! I hope they're open in May Did you eat there? If so, how was it, and what did you get? Sorry for all the questions! Hope you had a wonderful trip!

We are going to be there in a couple weeks and I was really hoping they would be open. Can you tell me about the food, does it still come with the sides of beans and are the salads better then at Peco Bills? Thanks

It was open at teh start of March. The menu is very limited. Pretty much beef tacos or a beef taco salad (so they are basically the same thing, since you can add all the lettuce, tomato, cheese, and salsa you want at the fixin's bar.) They don't really even have a vegetarian all bean version -I mean most Mexican places have AT LEAST that as an option!

For DDP, the dessert choices were also very minimal.

But the tacos taste rather good!

Yes there were 2 of us, we ate there on the dining plan, and we each had the 2 beef tacos served with a side of spanish rice. For dessert, I had chocolate pudding, and my DD had a Haagen-Daz ice cream bar. Unfortunately, I didn't try the taco salad but it looked delicious of course! It didn't look nearly as greasy as the one did at Pecos Bills...

Anyway, I have to say everything was as delicious as I remembered! And yes, we had a very wonderful trip!! Thank you for your questions and comments!
