just a quick question, I thought there was a post somewhere with a list of ingredients in food! my Ds5 has a severe dairy allergy and I like to be prepared before we go!

You need to contact Disney's special dietary team. They are outstanding on an unrivaled level with dealing with special dietary needs and severe, even life threatening allergies. If you send them an email detailing your DD's specific allergies they will email you a list of attachments explaining what is safe and what is not. For TS meals they will also note it on your ADR if you have one and the chef will come to the table to discuss your requirements. No food will be permitted to be brought to your table prior to this. They are very good.

It is also worth a visit on the DISabilities Board where there are numerous threads and reviews on dining with allergies.

Do make sure that you always speak to a manager or chef at a counter service location. The cashiers are not always accurate with the allergy questions. Also be aware that your food for your allergy child may take a lot longer. Once we waited almost 30 minutes in Animal Kingdom for my son's meal. He has multiple allergies. We've been visiting since 2007 and this August will be our 6th trip with him.
