Ok everyone,
Its spring, Easter is over and it's time to buckle down and committ to making ourselves healthier.
I'm heavier than I've been since I originally took off my weight. I joined WW again on Saturday. For some reason its the only way I seem to be able to lose the weight. There is something about being accountable by going to the meetings and getting weighed in. Its been like that in the past too. I try to get back on track, thinking I can do it on my own without paying the $14 per week, but until I walk in that door I can't do it on my own.
So far today I'm doing good. I walked the stairs this morning. I've had a bowl of Kashi Cereal with milk, a Kashi forzen meal for lunch. I'm going to Whole foods right now to get the foods I need to keep me on the right path.
I will use the stairs - no elevators from now on. I also want to start getting up in the morning and walking.
Who else is with me - We can do this - one day at a time!
