Countdown to Christmas at DVC HH

We are counting the days to DVC HH for Christmas week. We currently have 2 - two bedrooms reserved for the 6 of us..so we will have LOTS of extra elbow room

Last year we really enjoyed the outdoor living nativity at Sea Pines at the stables on Christmas eve. We sure hope they will be doing something like that again this year. It started with a live miked and lighted show with recorded background music, but the vocals were live. At the end, everyone lit candles and sang Christmas Carols. It was the perfect way to start the Christmas celebration.

We hope the weather will be a little warmer this year. Coats and jackets were definitely worn last year. We are definitely looking forward to bike riding and a peaceful laid back week on the Island.

If anyone that is going for Christmas week is aware of any special events happening on the Island, be sure to pass them on.

Dave, I'll be there over Xmas as well. I'm going to organise a DIS meet at some stage, if you're interested in meeting up ( that includes ANYONE) please send me an email . I'm away this weekend but I'll get some details up in the next couple of weeks.

I'm not a DVC member (yet) but my family will be at Hilton Head December 18-24. I would love to meet up with some of you guys if you will be there over that time period! For anyone interested, I was able to get a special Disney Club rate of $89 per night for a one bedroom - I think that is an incredible rate!

Looking forward to meeting some of my fellow DISers at HH next month!

P.S. I hope some of you have teens because my 14 year old son will be looking forward to meeting kids around his age.
