Countdown ticker again and disabled search function

Sorry to have to repost on this thread...can't find the directions for adding the countdown tickers (and have a new cruise to add!!) and every time I try to use the search function it says it has been disabled by the administrator--do I have something set wrong or is the search function just turned off during high volume server time?

If you can help me find my way to the ticker info again, I'd appreciate it. Couldn't find it on the FAQs, either.

Lynx, if you go to the Technical Support Board there is a thread at the top of that board about countdown tickers and they will help you there.

Search is load limited, which means during periods when server loads reach a certain level it is disabled. Try searching in the early morning or late evening hours; that tends to be the time when the loads are lowest.

Yes, I used the search late last night with no problems at all.
