I logged in at 12:01, but I was still locked out. DCL website was still showing me at 121 days out. Ugh!! I waited over an hour, but I was still unable to book. Finallÿ, I was able to get in a few minutes ago. Unfurtunately, the spa package, that I wanted, is sold out! Boo!

Not very happy right now!

Our cruise is our first and we can only book extra's at 90 days.... I was afraid this might happen! Does it happen often? I am wanting to book the Dolphin encounter at Blue Lagoon and the exotic Rasul ;) on a 4 day Magic...Hoping it all works out! Do they hold some reservations back?

Try booking once you're on board. I've always gotten the spa treatment I wanted but not always online. Check as soon as you board.:thumbsup2

I would book my dolphin encounter direct with blue lagoon guarantee your reservation. Then you can try to book with DCL if they have availability your good to go cancel your blue lagoon reservation if no availability you'll have your back up reservation with blue lagoon

Were you already logged into the DCL site before midnight and hit "refresh"? Or did you actually log in after midnight? If the first, the DCL website thinks it's still the day you logged in initially. If the second, I don't understand, unless the DCL site is just being wonky (as it has a history of being on occasion).

Unless they are Concierge. Concierge has the same window as the Platinum CC members.

This is our 5th DIsney cruise, but the only time this has happened.

I was not logged in prior to midnight. I even logged out and logged on several times....same thing.

I had spoken to shores side concierge and requested a couple of things, but was told, they are not guaranteed. I know, their procedure has changed, and now have the ability to book at midnight. I wonder, if this was the problem? DCL was logged on to my account and locked me out? I didn't think, about the spa...I'm used to booking my own.

BTW, I did get my original requests from concierge.

Some computers might not actually log you out if you are logged into another tab, another browser, etc. Be sure to clear cookies and cache and close all browsers and windows. Not saying that is what happened, because Disney is notorious for lousy websites, but just a heads up.

Actually , I did clear my cookies and data. I had trouble logging on to any Disney website on Wednesday. Finally, the issue cleared up yesterday. I closed and cleared everything, before I tried to login last night. I tried early this morning and voilà ...I was in. I'm guessing, the concierge requests, may have locked me out.

I've even had issues in the past where I was able to login from another computer and not my own on the dvc website. For weeks even.....some day Disney will get their sites working well.
