Keep in mind I have been 10 or so times but my friends have never been. We are traveling with 3 two year olds and one 6 year old.

Sunday 10/23
Arrive at MCO at noon and will pick up groceries before checking in at the BWVs.

PM- MGM (EMH) and dinner at the Prime Time (6PM) Need to figure out how to order a special dessert. Help? Is 6PM a doable ressie time with checkin and grocery shopping to do?

Monday 10/24

AM-Epcot (FW)

Naps.

PM-Epcot (WS) Dinner is at Japan for them and Germany for us at 5:30pm.

Tues 10/25

AM- Typhoon Lagoon ( just for a few hours)
Naps.
PM- MNSSHP and dinner at CP at 5:30pm We are a party of 10 but will be at 2 tables. Any chance they will end up sitting us together?

Wed 10/26

AM- AK
naps.
PM- MK for EMH. Hoping it isn't too crowded.

Thurs 10/27

Elicia leaves for home. She is staying at the AKL so we are going to have breakfast with her at Boma's at 7:45am! :earseek:

AM-Mk- Getting my son his first haircut, we hope, on Main Street!
Naps.
PM-Epcot and Food and Wine samples for dinner.

Friday 10/28

Meagan leaves for home. We are eating breakfast at Cape May at 9:30 then saying goodbye. Now we are alone with our 2 kiddos.

AM- Not sure what to do on our "family day" since it will just be us.
MGM/DTD? Can't decide since we need more MGM time but Sophia really wants to shop too.

Nap.

PM- Again we could do either DTD or Epcot.
Leaning towards MGM during the day and DTD at night?

Saturday 10/29

AM- MK
Back to our hotel by 2pm for our bus to MCO. Flight leaves at 5:25pm.

OK be honest. Does this give everyone a good overview of the parks? Too much with the little guys? My kids will be fine but not sure about the other 2? I am still trying to find out how to order the special dessert for our first night together. I want it to be special! Thanks for all your help!

just wondering.. well 2 things... Since you are planning on buying groceries, and with little ones I'm sure not going to toss your stuff in the room and head to the park, so maybe you would want to plan on Downtown Disney, or an evening "on the boardwalk" for that night... and then I'm just curious with little ones why you wouldn't have the Magic Kingdon as your "monday morning everyone is excited to set foot in the parks" choice.

I would schedule dinner for 7 pm. You never know when last minute airplane snags or confusion will push things back. This has happened to us before. Worst case scenario is that you can grab a snack at the resort beforehand.

I would make sure to request this as early as you can. You never know! :)

One rule I always stress and go by is that you should plan your dining in the park or area you will be at during the day. This, for the most part, is what you have here. It would be ideal, for example, for you to go to AK on the day you eat at Boma. Is there anyway you could switch things around to avoid spending to much transportation time?

With little ones, it may be painful to try to catch the EMH followed by a 745AM breakfast. Personally, I'd move breakfast if possible. The EMH are best at the later hours, when the lines are smaller. Have fun.
