Can't help but LOVE that Court. My boys have a crush on her too. And Renee, guess who else Luke has a crush on...Dana. He wants to know if she has an email so he can chat with her. Isn't that cute. He has a thing for the older women.

That is adorable, Laura - because Dana thought Luke was very nice! She kept saying she thought he acted much more mature than his age. I will PM her email address to you and they can "chat"... she loves the computer! (Bob's looking to get two laptops - her computer is a little slow with high school starting up and all the work she'll have to do - and he wants to get one for himself, too, since I won't share!.... )

He'd probably kill me if he knew =) Oh, he'll find out soon enough- when the report is over, I told him I wanted him to read it so he could see how many people are enjoying reading about our trip! Heck, yall've seen enough good ones of him, so what's one not so good one????

Tusker house sounds good! I've only eaten at Flame Tree BBQ at AK. I just may have to try Tusker house next time.

Yes, Tusker house is SO good!!! But it's about to go under renovation to become a buffet style restaurant... I hope their food quality/taste doesn't change!!

RE your OT ?: The best eyeliner ever!!!! It's Mary Kay- the color is sable, and it's the BEST! I love it... It goes on so smooth and it stays on all day. You need to get some-- it's fantastic!!!!

Great update! I love the pictures in the car, I didn't even know that was there! Is there actually a little seat to sit on or were you just leaning down? I'll have to look for it in July! And I'm so glad you liked the Nemo show. I've heard mixed reviews and I'm not sure if I want to bother with it on our next trip. I guess I'll just have to see how long the wait is.

There's no seat in that car! I just happened to sqat at the exactly perfect place to make the pictures look real! And there's no steering wheel either--- I was just pretending, but it came out pretty realistic!

RE: the Nemo show---- If you have an appreciation for performers (actors, dancers, singers etc), you will LOVE this show. I love shows--- I've danced all my life so I know how hard they are to pull off flawlessly, and this show is flawless... They are so talented!

We did have a GREAT day in AK! It really is amazing what you can get done when you pair up getting to the park before opening plus extra early hours!!! Really, the only "ride" we didn't do was the water one... And Mandy and DM can tell you how much I don't like to be wet when I'm in my clothes!

GEAUX Courtney!!! I'm all caught up and lovin' every minute of it!!! I also have to agree w/all the other posters. You and Ryan are a very striking couple. Ya'll compiment each other very nicely. I think we're gonna try TH in Sep. Just waiting to see if we are on the dining plan or what. (We're going on a WISH trip)

Thanks CK! Your boys are quite possibly some of the cutest kiddos around! They were so sweet and cute--- gonna be heartbreakers one day!! I'm so glad I got to really "meet" them on our cruise... I loved them! And that old DIZZZZZ (uggg!!!) husband of yours... For me, tell him I said it's DIS!

Love the thread! I wish Scilla was more like you at Disney, We didn't do half the Disney stuff you guys did (I had to fight to wake up at 8AM most mornings)

For all the pics I posted, all I got was Kari recognizing SCILLA and coming up to run with us to EE to get fastpasses (This was after I had saw her at the enterance of AK and said Kari twice as I was walking by, since no one looked at me, I figured it was just someone that looked like her family)

Just want to say I'm really enjoying your TR! And I too think your doing a great job with posting all the pics and reviewing of rides/attractions.

I've gotten many tips from your TR and will ad them to my ever growing list of tips for our upcoming December trip. For the first time we are going to try to make it to the parks before park opening (we have a tendency to sleep in because Pleasure Island is always calling us! ).

That's the reason I wrote a TR--- I learned so so so much from other people's TRs and I'm so glad I can help you! If I could advise you of anything, it would be to get to the parks before opening--- you can get so much done!

Oh, and Court, you must give SOME credit to Nick for the title of your trip report...remember "She's Hot!"

Hahaha!!!! Sweet Nick! You can give him credit, but I wasn't saying hot as in attractive--- I'm meaning hot as in yucky sweat!!!! But, yes, tell him thank you for naming my TR!

As much as I love my kids, reading this report makes me miss the days when it was just me and my husband!

BTW-I LOVE your kitchen. I really like the idea of putting family photos in the kitchen.

One question though...with all the decorative items on your kitchen counter, where do you put your toaster, coffee maker etc?? I didnt see any in the photos?
Just wondering, because I am jealous that my kitchen doesnt look so neat!

Hi Janice! I'm so glad you're here reading!!!! Ryan and I definitely enjoy our time alone without kids, but we are really looking forward to the day when we can expand our family! I think that will be SO much fun!!! A different kind of fun!
Good question re the kitchen! Ryan only makes coffee on the weekends (during the week, he drinks it at work), and I don't drink coffee, so we just keep the coffee pot in the pantry. And the toaster is in a cabinet. We probably use the toaster about twice a week or so, so I'm fine with getting it out and putting it back up. I rather have my pictures (b/c you know how I LOVE pictures!!!) on my counters than my appliances! I'll do the extra work to get them out and put them up each time!!!! What a sacrifice, huh? =)

I love all the pics. You were sooo lucky to eat at Tusker House before it changes to a buffet. It is my FAVORITE counter service restaurant in all of Disney. I wish they had left it alone. I am afraid that when it reopens, it will not be the same.

She just returned an email to Luke (how cute is that?!) and now she's doing some of her "Freshmen Summer Reading" requirements... guess what she's using for her bookmark? The LGMH you gave her!!

And, how about that - no one asked me to sing last week! Actually, I broke out in a mean rendition of "The Trolley Car Song" a la Judy Garland, as they were performing it down Main Street in Magic Kingdom!!
(funny aside - my "best friend in Jr High" went on to Broadway and starred in "Meet Me In St. Louis" in Judy Garland's role! So I REALLY love that song!)

Thanks so much Jo! I definitely didn't take pictures on EE the first time I rode it that day! I had to get re-familiar with it before I was ready to trust myself holding the camera and not spazzing out and dropping it on all the turns!

TH is definitely my favorite counter service in all of WDW too! I'm so sad they are changing it... I just hope the quality and taste of the food is the same... Kinda like that saying, "Don't fix something that ain't broken!"

Thank you so much! AK is not our favorite park either, but we definitely had fun!!!! I do scrapbook; not as much now as I did when I was younger. As soon as I'm finished my report, I'll start that project! I think I need a bigger album than what I have though! I've got way more pictures than I thought!
