OMGoodness, how funny is that???? Funny, but weird for me to think that Courtney and Ryan are brother and sister... B/c that makes me think of Ryan as my brother and WHOA! Hahahaha! At least I know you like our names, right??? =)

LOL Didn't quite think about it like that! But yes definitely love the names. You guys are quite a cute couple, very photogenic. I really like all the pics, it's given me lots of ideas for picture taking when we go next month. Can't wait for your next installment!

Thanks so much Jo! I definitely didn't take pictures on EE the first time I rode it that day! I had to get re-familiar with it before I was ready to trust myself holding the camera and not spazzing out and dropping it on all the turns!



OMGoodness, so cute! What's the age difference between them? Seriously, I want a front row seat at the wedding! And, I'm completely honored that she's using my LGMH as her bookmark!!!! So sweet!!!!! What's she gotta read for this summer?

I can't believe no one asked you to sing!!! I know me, for one, completely forgot!!!!! Maybe that's what happened to everyone else too!

Bob said that when they were starting up the hill on EE, he heard this soft voice say, "Oh, crud." Dana was a tad bit nervous! But she loved it afterward! (I, of course, was the FP retreiver, Courtney & Ryan meeter. )

Luke is going into 6th grade and Dana into 9th grade - so one is starting middle school and one high school. "Older woman".. uh oh... LOL I think it's cute that they are going to be "penpals"! Freshmen summer reading is "To Kill a Mockingbird" and "Night". She read "Mockingbird" in 7th grade (they were a pretty mature class) so it's a review for her. Happens to be one of my favorite books.

Thank you so much!!! That is SO why I'm writing this--- to help other people plan their trips, give them ideas, etc... I'm glad you got some picture ideas for your trip!!!! You're going to have a blast! And remember, even if people look at you like you're crazy when you're taking the pictures, it's okay, b/c you'll never see those people again, and you'll end up with a bunch of GREAT pictures!!!!

Older woman, you're right! That's okay, I went for an older man! Ryan's 5 years older than me but you'd never know it... We act the same-- and I promise, we have the same personality! When God made me, it was to finish the puzzle he started when he made Ryan!

I've never heard of Night... but TKAMock. is a GREAT book! Such a classic! Did she ever read Where the Red Fern Grows? We had to read that maybe around 6th grade year... It was so good and so sad!

Ah, yes, laundry! I've been doing that all day too! I'm taking a break now to DIS... Poor Ryan's outside doing the flower bed, sweating... If I hear that door open, I'm running as quick as I can --- away from the computer! He can't find out I'm DISing right now! I should be doing so much other stuff around the house!

"Night" is written by a Holocust survivor - it is a short book, but supposedly very powerful. Dana really has a great interest in that part of history, so I'm glad it is something she will read. We took her to see the play "Diary of Anne Frank" last year and she was mesmorized.
