Thanks for the advice! Im going to look for some new running shoes this weekend! I did day 2 of week 2 today in different sneakers, and my feet hardly hurt at all! So I think the other day was definitely the shoes I wore! Today the backs of my ankles hurt, so I guess every day it will be something new hurting me!

Yes, there is a Droid app. I got the one that costs $2.99. There are a couple of free ones. But the one I got I think is the "official" C25K app. I LOVE it.
You just start it and it tells you when to walk and when to run. Definately get it. It will make doing the runs so much easier. You can listen to your music with it.

) wagon in the last couple of weeks. My mom is still in the hospital, her long time partner died while she was there and my cat is very, very sick. I am feeding him through a tube every 4 hours. There has been very little "me" time that has not been spent sleeping.
