Costco - Universal 2 Park - 3 Month Pass

What is the story with these passes? I tried to get them at my Pennsylvania Costco a year ago and they said they didn't sell them. Can I only get them at certain Costco's and how do I know which ones? Will they mail them to me and process the order over the phone?

The GA Costco has them. We've used the Costco ticket on our last two trips to Universal. It's a great deal

Only Georgia and Florida Costcos have the tickets. We just came back from US/IOA earlier this week using those tickets. Oh, and using the tickets is a snap:

They will have you fill out a form at the ticket window to get your name, address, birthday and other stuff. Then they just input it into the system and the 3-Month pass with your name will be printed out on the voucher for you to get into the parks.

And then it is valid until after 3 months. You just go straight to the gate now.

Does anyone know if the person purchasing the passes has to be the person who uses them? We have relatives who live in Georgia...

You can buy the costco three month passes for someone else. You just have to let them know when it is time to redeem the passes what the names on the passes should be.

I got mine at a Costco in TN. It doesnt have your name on it, so I'm sure anyone can use them. They're a great deal. Maybe I'll buy more and put them on ebay. Hmmmm...

On the AAA Universal Tickets page they still have listed the season pass good til December 19th. US price was $99 with AAA being $3 cheaper. This seems like a good bet if you don't need it for the busiest times and you have at least one person with an AP type that gets free parking and discounts.

Does the Costco pass give you free parking and discounts? If not, the $99 season pass sounds like a much better deal. Anyone know?

The Costco ticket does not include parking or discount. Neither does the Season pass. But keep into consideration that the Season pass is blocked out from June 28 to July 30 and expires on 12/19. The Costco pass is valid for three months and does not have block out dates.
