Costco booking questions

Hi,

I did a search but didn’t see anything recent. I just want to make sure I can still use Disney gift cards to pay for my DCL cruise that I booked through Costco.

Also, does anyone know if I can add ground transfers later on after booking if booked with Costco. I’m not sure of our plans before or after so might want to add them later.
