I booked a cruise the other day and never thought to check out what Costco offeres, can I transfer my reservation to costco and still get the cash card? I can't easily just cancel and rebook since I don't want to lose the room we have.

I was on phone with Costco today. They could not book rooms I wanted. I told agent I see them online. She told me to book online then transfer to Costco. I asked if I would get cash card. She said yes.

Yes, costco gives the full incentive even if you transfer it to them. (within the time period allowed for transfers)

:) You might very well have been holding it out of inventory, and that is why they couldn't book it. I've experimented with that on costcotravel.com and on both DCL and RCCL; if I have it ready to book, it won't show up on Costco as bookable. And vice versa.

I was not saving any rooms then Costco looked at the entire category and could not book any of it. She said sometimes they are not given certain rooms. I was glad to know we can transfer and get benefits.
