Costco Additional Drivers w/Enterprise

I have an upcoming trip to wdw and I'll be renting a fullsize SUV from Enterprise using COstco discount # CSTCUPG. According to Costco's terms & conditions for this discount, I'm able to add 2 additional drivers at no charge (spouse and one additional driver). Am I interpretting this correctly? (I've pasted the T&C below)

Also, is it possible to add someone as an additional driver if they're not present when I'm picking up the vehicle? Can I just provide their documentation at the counter (i.e. address, drivers license, etc.) or can I add them midway thru the rental period?

Be sure to take your printout with you so you can argue your point. There was one time we rented through Costco that we were told we could not have the third person and I think it was at an Enterprise. All drivers must be present and show their driver's license to be added to the rental. However not all drivers need to be present at the same time. You can add a driver midway through the rental period by going to any Enterprise rental agency.
