Cost of Photographer?

What does everyone think is a reasonable total cost for a photographer? I am pulling my hair out trying to book someone (Randy Chapman is booked for my date!)

While I'm on photographers...has anyone ever seen work by Paul Triller, Eric Dean, Karla Fountain, or Jennifer Werneth? I am so stressed now that Randy was booked!

I was reading one of the many bridal magazines I have (I'm a total magazine Junkie) and they recomended Damon Tucci for a Florida wedding. I saw his prices, they were pretty similar to Randy's, and he use to work for Disney so he's pretty familiar with the locations.

check out http://www.yourfairytale.com/photographers.html they have a list of orlando area photographers who are familiar with disney weddings. they list links to their websites with photo examples, some referrals/awards & lists prices from $+.

We used Damon Tucci for our wedding last October and were very happy with our photos. His prices are very similar to Randy Chapman's,,and we had our finished album before we even left Disney. Here is a link to his page for more info :

Those of you that are hiring a photographer...this doesn't count towards your minimum, does it?? You have to use Disney for that and you don't get to choose??

If you hire an outside photographer it doesn't count towards your minimums with Disney. If you use Disney, the cost goes towards your minimums but you don't get to choose. You can request a photographer if you see a bride's photograph's that you really love, but Disney will not guarantee anyone. Many brides who have used Disney have been very happy with their pictures. It totally depends on your comfort level, and if you need to use a disney photographer to meet your minimums for a custom wedding.
