Cost of Parking?

What is the cost of parking @ Universal and Islands of Adventure?

We have never been to either park and I have not been able to find out any information on cost of parking.

we've got the annual pass, so parking is free, but almost sure its $9-$10 ..

$9 for general parking
$13 for preferred parking

Valet is $8 for the first 2 hours, $16 for anything over 2 hours.

The annual pass gets free general parking, $4 preferred or $8 valet parking (ie. pay for the first 2 hours)

FYI, the first time we went we paid the extra for prefered parking... but we found out on our next visit that it wasn't very much closer. Plus they have quite a few moving sidewalks so the walk isn't that long.

Agreed. We paid the extra for the preferred parking as well, and it seemed the same distance if not farther .. of course, we just stayed onsite next time

prefered parking is a bit of a waste of time, it only seems to get yon onto the same floor the walkways are on. Never done valet park, but after the blisters I got last time on my feet I may splash out next time!

Valet rules, except for the fact I still have to pay $8. I won't do it unless I know I'm going to wind up in the stuck in the garage. Sometimes getting out of the garage is a nightmare trying to get back on I-4.

Sea World just increased their parking to $10. I wouldn't be shocked at all if Universal will increase their parking by a dollar soon.
